Update Serial Numbers
- Once the item has been received in by the repairer they have the ability to update the serial number if it has been placed incorrectly on the case
- When you view the case in Solvup you can edit this where the product information is
- When you edit the serial number you then click submit to save the information this will automatically place a note on Solvup of the action taken.

Update Reference Numbers
- You can add a reference numbered to cases, this is located when you view a case.

Escalate Cases
- Repairers can escalate cases when they have been waiting for a response from the retailer when no response has been received. This will send an email to the retailer HQ department.
Attaching Notes To cases
- You can attach a note to cases. You select if you want to notify the store by ticking the check box (send an email notification to the store of this note). This saves you having to make a phone call to the store. You can also place notes without triggering a note to the store. This is useful if you need to document things being done on the repair. You can also attach any files, photos or documentation that may be required for the repair.
