DOA and Warranty Information
- Providing your warranty information will ensure that the correct DOA's, warranty and warranty types are being applied to your products.
- DOA is the replacement period whereby the retailer will set, warranties are normally set by the supplier and they are set as repair or exchange dependant on the item. Warranties are normally set at the highest level being by Vendor, Brand, product group and then the exception of one or two items if needed. The DOA’s and warranties are what drive the case outcome to either a repair or replacement.
