How to process a replacement

Processing a Replacement

Customer Remedy

  • Once Solvup has determined that the case qualifies for an automatic replacement, you will have to select the customer's preferred remedy below.

Prepare for Dispatch

  • Indicate response on the fault report based on customer's response and own judgment.  The responses to the questions below determine the warranty coverage and recommended actions to take.  Once responses are complete, click 'Next' button.
  • The confirmation tab provides the Case Outcome based on the information provided in the case. In addition, it provides detailed summary of product details, fault report and proof of purchase for your review prior to dispatch of the unit.  Click 'Next' button once done with review.

  • Your case has been created, download and print the shipping document from the link below.

Print the Docket

  • The paperwork will confirm the type of case, which is a replacement for faulty product in this case.
  • Unique ID (Case ID) is very important - This allows the CRC to process the unit.  Also, the Unique ID allows vendors and retailers to analyse faults later on.
  • Please secure the paperwork for the case and attach to the product to be shipped.
