Reports
The monthly CSV tab allows retailer HQ to download reports that can be of use to them. Solvup reports help business leaders plan and make decisions. Retailer HQ can use the data to support their decisions and to justify each move made.
- Export detailed list of case requests: generates a report of all the Solvup cases for the chosen month.
- Export fault summary list of case requests: generates a report of all the Solvup cases for the chosen month.
- Export list of overridden case requests: generates a report of all the solvup cases which have been overridden for the chosen month.
- Export list of RTV (Manual Credit) case requests: generates a report of all the return to vendor cases for the chosen month.
- Export Freight Notes: generates a report of all the shipments requested through solvup for the chosen month. Solvup keeps record and facilitates courier bookings (shipment requests) for stores where an item requires to be sent to a repairer or assessment centre. The report includes the cases consignment details like Connote and Courier.
- Export open cases: generates a report of all the currently open and active solvup cases for all the retailers stores.
