Processing a Repair: Check Item Back In

Once item is returned by the repairers to the store, you need to check the item back in the store and consumer will be notified via SMS.

1. You can click on case search to check on the item

2. You may also filter the cases using 'At store' to view all cases returned in your store. 

3. You can go straight to the case you are looking for using the search box.  

4. Once you open the case, you will need to Check item back in, enter the Consignment Note Details in the relevant section based on your consignment note, Staff ID and click Submit.
