Processing a Repair: Dispatch by Store

1. Click ‘Case Search’ to access the list of repairs in the system

2. You can filter the cases via the status. 

3. You can search by individual case ID by entering it in the field provided.

4. For each item which is received in store and ready for repair, click ‘view’. 

5. Once you have viewed the case, you will then be presented with the case details.

Enter the Courier Details in the relevant section based on your consignment note

Click Item sent to Repairer.
