Processing a return is one of the most common tasks that you'll be processing via Solvup. The Solvup fault handling wizard will guide you through this process.
Each store/individual has its own login to Solvup. If you are unsure of the user name and password, please ask your store manager or relevant team member.

Once you've logged into Solvup, you can start processing the return using the fault handling wizard. To access the wizard, click on "New Case"
