Retailers have their own logins to access their solvup data.
There are multiple retailers that use solvup, it is important to separate the data for each one. This separation insures that only the appropriate retailer can view and action their own cases and not the other retailers’. Each has their own retailer login called Retailer HQ (Headquarters) and an account key will be provided to access the profile.
