Update your Profile

Updating your profile in Solvup will ensure that all participating stores know exactly what brands and categories you are authorised to repair.

1. Click ‘configure’ then on the 'Products We Repair' tab, you can set the brands and categories you are authorised to repair

2. If you offer free pickup in certain postcodes, please enter them here.

3. You can select all product categories, or choose them individually

4. If you repair all product groups for a brand except Vacuum cleaners, you would just need to deselect ‘Vacuum cleaners’

In response to feedback from repair agents, we’ve added several new sections to the repairer profile. Remember that your profile drives the information we display at participating store counters.

1. Always start with the ‘Configure’ tab at the top of your screen

Free Pickup and Out of Warranty

2. There are separate areas for

• In-warranty repairs

• Insurance jobs

• Out-of-warranty repairs

You can specify free pickup for in-warranty and out-of-warranty jobs. By default this applies across all categories and brands

3. Under ‘Repair Job Settings’, you may want to add your experience, turnaround times, free pickup, or any other information that will be of interest to a store when they select a repairer.
