To complete your vendor profile set-up with Solvup, you will need to provide the following information:
Warranty Information
Providing your warranty information will ensure that the correct DOA's (Dead in Arrival Dates), warranty and warranty types are being applied to your products.
List of Authorised Service Centres
As some of your products, if not all may be repairable, it is imperative that a list of your repairers are uploaded on Solvup. With Solvup the repairable items will be sent to the closest repairer to the store which is why it is important that you send us a list of your authorised service centres.
Once we receive your list, we will onboard your repairers on Solvup so they are aware that they will be receiving items for repair from your retail partner.
Troubleshooting Information
Troubleshooting is a very important part of Solvup. Uploading your troubleshooting information will help the stores/users identify the issues and in some cases resolve the most commonly known issues of your product.
To achieve this, your troubleshooting steps needs to be updated, concise and easy to understand. For more information on how to structure your troubleshooting points visit our troubleshooting style guide.

Q. Can vendors update their own Warranties in Solvup?
A. No Vendors do not have the ability to update their warranties under their Solvup Login they need to send the details via support@solvup.com
Q: Is it possible to include serial number validation for my products?
A: Yes, serial number format and conditions will be needed to be programmed in Solvup.
Q. Can we ask stores to gain an RMA number prior to sending the unit off for repair?
A. If the retailer agrees to this process then we can mark the Vendor as a RA vendor.
Q. I need to request a report?
A. Send a request to support@solvup.com and allow approximately 5 working days to have this organized and sent to you.
Q. Can I receive notifications for all jobs that are entered within the Solvup system?
Y. Yes you can receive notifications for all jobs, this is updated Via your vendor profile under the 'configure' tab.
