Repair or Replace
After a faulty product has been received and validated at the front-of-store, solvup automatically classifies the item into one of the two recommended flows:
Replacement or refund
- Generally assigned to TIC Central Returns Centre (CRC)
- Dispatched via a pallet or carton and generally picked up in bulk from back-of-store by TIC
- CRC ships items in bulk which help in reducing freight costs
Repair
- These cases are generally assigned to Service Agents
- You will dispatch the items to the Service Agents using a courier. In some cases, the Vendors or Service Agents will arrange the pick up of the item from your store.
- The items are dispatched individually from the back of the your store.
