Troubleshooting

Depending on the fault code that you have selected, the appropriate troubleshooting point will be presented where available.  If no troubleshooting points are available, you will skip this entire section and will be taken to the proof of purchase page.

Fault-based troubleshooting aims to resolve/remedy troubleshooting depending on the type of product that has been selected.  These troubleshooting steps are provided by the Vendors in a bid to help reduce returns by resolving the issue in the store. 

If there is a troubleshooting for the selected product, it will appear at the next stage. 

Steps: 

  1. Create the case, when you reach the Fault Report section select the corresponding Fault reason code related to the issue.
  2. As an example below, the fault reason code "Display/Screen-Related Issue" has been selected and the relevant troubleshooting for this issue will be displayed.
  3. If the troubleshooting notes resolved the issue, please select "Yes" and this should close the case.
  4. If none of the troubleshooting notes was able to resolve the issue then proceed to the next stage of the case
