What is Solvup?
Solvup is an easy in-store process with the customer at the counter and vendor/repairer visibility from start to finish.
How does it work?
Customer visits the store and item SKU is identified.
Steps we follow in Solvup:
If the issue was not resolved with the troubleshooting, Solvup will determine if the case will be replaced or repaired.
